It's not easy to get in after the reservation. There was no-one at the reception (even though I arrived after 17:30 h), so I had to call and wait 20 minutes before the receptionist arrived (who was very friendly). The room I got was BIG, unfortunately there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Shower was wonderful, bed was ok.

Chambre très propre , le petit bémol le parking tout le monde se gare où il veut ce qui fait très négligent , les routiers eux se garent même sur le parking pour voiture , aménager le parking serait plus agréable Pas de Repas samedi et dimanche ?? Personnel à part une jeune dame bien aimable que j'ai vu le samedi lorsque je suis arrivé , je n'ai vu personne d'autre

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij kwamen pas na 23.00 uur aan en kregen per sms de toegangspoort code en kamer nummer. Ontbijt voldoende. Kamer schoon maar gedateerd. Bedden hebben een update nodig, hobbels en bobbels in bedden maken dat nacht kort en hard was. Wij lagen aan achterkant en heel stil. Verder deed men hun best om gasten naar de zin te maken.

Excellent value

Motor racing themed budget hotel on the main street of this spa town. Seems family-run. Very friendly pleasant staff. Room is a little worn but large and comfortable. I couldn't drink the large complimentary bottle of Contrex water which had a sulphorous tinge. Contrexeville is nothing special except the spa which I didn't visit. Not far from the upper Moselle which is pretty and has a great bike path. Excellent indoor bicycle storage.

Séjour du 11 au 13 septembre. Arrivés le samedi très bon acceuil par une dame qui faisait un remplacement wek end, elle nous a bien guidés et très aimable au petit dejeuné. On peut pas en dire autant pour le lundi matin, une personne quu n'avait aucun interet pour les clients, pas un mot, ni sourire et debrouillez vous..... honteux!!!!
