“Absolutely lovely stay at The Lister Arms. Staff are amazing and the reason it's so good. They are helpful and friendly. The only very small downside is the cost. A little overpriced but otherwise beautiful. Couldn't really fault anything at all. The food was to die for.”

“I have stayed at the Stone Trough In Kelbrook lancs england several times now with family and friends. It's a fantastic setting with plenty of amenities it's on a bus route . Free Breakfast & Parking incl. The staff are all friendly and accommodating to your needs nothing is too much for them to make your stay perfect. 100,% +++ for this hotel Will be stay again soon.”

“All excellent”

“Very clean property, great pub with a fantastic breakfast.”

“Stay often, so it must be good”

“Friendly staff. Great meal. Good location. Definately stay here again.”

“Although the building could do with a little tlc in places, our room was large, clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent and bar food really good too. The bar area is fairly small and well used by locals but we did find a table both nights we were there. The biggest plus for us were the staff who are efficient and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area. It’s in a quiet area but there are plenty of walks and an ideal base for exploring other towns and sites.”

“Beautiful location, very clean, friendly staff, delicious food. We will definitely visit again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!”

“Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...

“Could do with some softer pillows but our stay was very nice and the breakfast was very good and enough choices.”

“The room was immaculate, staff were lovely and friendly and so helpful. The food was hot tasty and such good value for money. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for making us so welcome”

“I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub. Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages. The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.”

“Wat een geweldige plek. Het hotel hoort bij een fantastisch restaurant en de kamers zijn van dezelfde hoge kwaliteit. De omgeving Yorkshire Dales is ook prachtig. Een mekka voor wandelen en fietsen”

“Loved it. Great spot with a superb pub 10 yards from the door. Good walks into nearby towns too.”

“We stayed in the Linwood Suite for 1 night. The room was spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was of a high quality. The room is immediately above the function area and noise travels easily (there was a wedding reception) - we weren't warned about this previously but it was not a problem as we went out to dinner and the noise quietened down before midnight. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by loud noise in the room. It was a mechanical noise which sounded like a generator...

“Good location for the National Park and good food.”
