Close to a lot of things, restaurants/shopping/beach. Only comment would be the gym. Bicycle and elliptical (1 of each) was it for aerobic equipment. Bike had a faulty pedal and wasn’t working properly.

Great location and view, staff very helpful and accommodating. Had room on top of building overlooking pool area with separate sunbed and jacuzzi tub which was great, and pool area was excellent. Easy access to beach and beautiful town for evening dinners. Beach is beautiful and soft sand. The only reason not 5 star is could use a bit of updating in some areas and rooms a touch on small side, thould definitely consider returning again.

Unfortunately we stayed in a old room, the shower didn’t work well, uncomfortable to use the toilet paper, not enough space to put the clothes or the lounge. Not enough charging stations. The door key was not electronic, too old fahion for a 4 stars hotel.

Sea view rooms are not sea view. When you are sat on the balcony, the wall is so high, you cannot see the sea. Spoke to receptionist who said all rooms the same. Pool towels were not available for 20 minutes. Breakfast is very stressful. Nothing in right area. Eg coffee nowhere near the milk, churros nowhere near chocolate, cereal nowhere near yoghurt Do not disturb signs for the room constantly blow away. Location is good but this is not a relaxing stay.

Lo más destacable es la ubicación y el personal amable. Si bien no tiene acceso directo a la playa como dicen, tienes salida al paseo marítimo que, en pocos metros, te da acceso a playa. Merece la pena la habitación con vistas al mar, son espectaculares las vistas. Está además cerca de todo pero en zona tranquila. El aislamiento de ruido está bien aunque se escuchaban las actividades de animación, que para mí, sobran. Sobre todo el bingo, muy molesto y algo anticuado. El hotel tiene una pequeña sala a modo de gimnasio aunque no funcionaba (no tenía luz) y solo tiene un par de maquinas y pesas. Las habitaciones están bien de tamaño aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento y algún detalle de decoración. El primer día te dejan una botella de agua pero no la reponen el resto de días. La limpieza tambien fue superficial y el segundo día no se pasaron a tiempo antes de volver a la habitación y se quedó sin limpiar. La bañera de hidromasaje arriba es un lujazo, aunque faltaría algún toldo o sombrilla para evitar el sol y un tendedero para la ropa mojada. Como sugerencia, también podría un pequeño lavapies en el acceso a la playa para limpiar de arena y no pasar ensuciando. En cuanto a restauración, se agradece tener desayuno. Variado y correcto aunque no de excelente calidad, bien pero no genial. En el bar de la piscina se come bien aunque tuvieron un despiste con mi pedido que, por otra parte, solucionaron y no nos cobraron lo equivocado. Una vez más, el personal estupendo

Los días que pasamos mi pareja y yo fueron de 10. Las instalaciones y ubicación son perfectas pero lo que más destaca del hotel es la amabilidad del personal, en especial Servan que nos hizo la estancia mucho más amena con sus actividades y simpatía.

Positiv war, die Klimaanlage war neu und hat super funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt neben dem Park super Ausblick aufs Meer und schnell in der Stadt. Beim Check in hat man uns gesagt wir bekommen ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Die Größe war ok, der Rest war schrecklich. Die Zimmer sind aus der Zeit gefallen und brauchen dringend eine Renovierung. Im Bad ist alles von den Wänden und der Einrichtung Abgelblätter. Und die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten draußen am Pool die auf den Bilder beworben werden kosten 30€ pro Tag extra und für Pool Handtücher muss man auch bezahlen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Aber für den Preis und vier Sterne gibt es bessere Hotels.

Wie gewohnt ein toller Ort, von wo aus Strand, Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Restaurants zügig fußläufig erreichbar sind. Sehr freundliches, zugewandtes Servicepersonal, von Rezeption bis Reinigungskraft. Herrlicher Blick auf den Atlantik mit seinem Superstrand. Bei all dem trotzdem ruhig. Allso Grad 10/10

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, unweit vom Strand und der Altstadt. Allerdings finde ich das Hotel vom Preis zu teuer und es entspricht keiner 4* Kategorie. Im Badezimmer gab es Schimmelflecken und das WC hätte längst ausgetauscht werden müssen. Es ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar groß, aber nur mittelmäßiger Standard. Es fehlte spanischer Käse, spanischer Schinken usw. Es gab auf fast keinem Tisch einen funktionierenden Salzstreuer. Das Abendessen kann ich nicht beurteilen.
