“Clean and spacious”

“Todo estuvo maravillosamente bien el la propiedad con todo para hacer sentir al huésped como en casa muy agradecida por la atención recibida ”

“The quality of the unit was excellent. Very nice decor, and clean. Very well equipped. The self check in process, however, had a problem. Instructions said to use the last four digits of my phone number as the door code, and that was incorrect. Fortunately someone answered the phone even though it was 9 pm.”

“The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located near a variety of dining options, making it easy to explore the area. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. We especially enjoyed the community amenities, including the heated pools, jacuzzi, and lazy river. Altogether, it was the perfect combination for a relaxing and memorable summer vacation. We would gladly stay here again”

“Very clean and spacious for a condo. Our kids absolutely loved the pools! We already want to come back again!”

“Pool area was great. Condo very clean and had everything we needed”

“Great stay for our family! Nice and quieter than other condo resorts I’m sure.”

“All was great. The unit itself was excellent. The only minor issue is some of the common areas need a little maintenance. ”

“The perfect place for our family of 5 to stretch out and rest after hiking. We enjoyed our stay!”

“This property was special… the kitchen was set up with air fryer, rice cooker, spices +++, the pools were enjoyable, the out door fire place great, the location wonderful, there were 8 of us and we were comfortable. I highly recommend this property !”

“Great place to stay and it felt like home away from home.”

“We loved this property the new Pool, we loved the apartment and the Perdon responsable for this unit was very professional and really cared about our experience, we enjoyed everything except the fact that we couldn’t connect to the internet and that the patio was not very cleaned ”

“I was so impressed with the cost I thought it was too good to be true. The stay was better than expected though. Clean, quiet, convenient and the amenities are fabulous. Will for sure book this again.”

“Positives: It's located in a beautiful, secluded area dotted with red rock hillsides and mountains. The amenities are great. Their sister property, Terra, has an amazing swimming pool featuring a lazy river and water slide. Also, the condo is at least as big as the kind of suite with kitchenette you would find at a hotel like Homewood Suites. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. And it has a nice patio with a barbecue grill that we did not take advantage...

“Not the best experience. Main bedroom sheets had not been changed since previous renter. Sheets were covered in lots of small hairs (took photos). Had to change the sheets at 11:00 pm before we could go to sleep. All the carpeting was old and a little dirty. But what really annoyed me was that the Expedia ad for the property said there were cribs available at the property. When I rented the property, I requested two cribs (using the same words used in the ad) for my young grandchildren. I was...

“Excellent service 😎 very clean as well.”

“I took my family of five which included wife, son and married daughter/husband and six-month baby. They all loved the condo. The location is about an hour away from Zion. there are multiple restaurants of all categories and prices. The kitchen was fully equipped. The whole apartment was a perfect spot to rest and had everything we needed. Towels, use of two resort pools. lazy river, hot tub. No complaints from a family with a lot of needs. the living room couch was so comfortable. There were...
