The owners were very nice but apparently they aren’t taking negative reviews seriously. We experienced a lot of the same things that past reviews had mentioned. Both beds had hair in them and one had some sort of DNA stain in it. The floors were dirty and there was someone’s shirt in the closet. The staff did address those issues immediately. The bathroom door would not close and the window did not have any curtains, so as soon as the sun was up, so were we. The coffee maker had old coffee in the bottom of the kettle. We couldn’t use the cell phone chargers, since there was no power to the outlets. We will not be booking a room here in the future. Just FYI, Concord Pavilion is about 1.5 miles, though the hotel will tell you it’s just a couple of blocks.

Great place to stay for solo travelers who are busy and need a place to sleep and shower. but if you’re looking for a great experience, this wouldn’t be the place. they have a lot of care for their customers but it’s more for solo travelers and business over a big family vacation taking a vacation. but overall, staff is amazing and very helpful. they help you with anything you need and that’s the best part.
