Pool access was very easy from room, was very quiet and a great place to swim and relax with the view. Hosts were incredibly friendly and get to know you well to make your stay better. Food was delicous and service overall was just amazing. 100% Will be staying again

Our stay was 10 out of 10 perfect!! Everyone was so welcoming and made sure we had a great time. Nothing beats having a cocktail while watching the sunset over the lake from their terrace. Parking is easy, rooms are nice and clean, and breakfast is cooked right in front of you. If you are considered booking, I urge you to do so!!

Was a very pleasant stay. Very personalized service from Maury! As we are traveling from Ethiopia, he played our cultural music and made the ambiance very homey. The hotel is very clean, new and is comfortable. Breakfast is very nice and the pastries are amazing. The team is very helpful when coordinating taxi services as como is a hard place to land a car.

All the staff is amazing and helpful, especially David. If David is on duty you'll be sure to have an extraordinary time. He helped us multiple times through our stay and cooks lovely food. The staff were always avaliable and eager to assist. We had no problems checking in or out. The facilities are good, and the view is absolutely stunning. Really, the view from the lounge area is just unbelivable. The room was nice, cozy and clean. It had lots of strorage space, both for toiletries and clothing. The room was also equipped with a TV which had almost every streaming service on it. This is one of the best locations to stay in Como.

Nice small hotel. Only problem was late check-in. It was rainy day and you have to check-in by yourself.

The staff and the location was super nice, but there are so many rules that you don’t see when you book. You have to sign a lot of paperwork to stay pay a deposit in EUR at one exchange rate and get the deposit returned at another exchange rate - I feared that there would be no sun beds available, but actually none where used even though it was fully booked - as you where not allowed to bring any water, drinks or anything to the hotel, and the drinks where so expensive no used the pool. All in all what could have been great was disappointing experience
