Everything in this aprt was good and very user-friendly. Very highly recommended. Recommended to everybody who needs to spend some time in Como or nearby... It is a very private and clean apartment. Customer service very highly prof their ability to help when needed.

Absolutely beautiful property in the heart of Como! Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of 4. Steps away from dining & shopping. Ferry terminal 10 minute walk.

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. However, prior to check in there was a lack of comms regards to how to access the property. It is a very complex process to access the property - it was like a treasure hunt with multiple instructions & multiple keys! Once we were in it was extremely secure! Did add unnecessary stress!! But gorgeous apartment!

Spacious, immaculate, well quipped property in an excellent location (the centre of Como old town). The owners were quick to respond to our enquiries prior to our stay. They also made contact to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was okay with the appartment. If travelling to Bellagio for a day trip; please be aware there are no views from the fast ferry. The regular ferry takes 2h. (Not sure of the views from it). In our opinion the bus was much better. A 1h journey on winding roads high above the lake with intermittent beautiful views. Bellagio was exceptionally busy, unbearably so. We wished we had gone to Lugano instead. The walk to Villa Olmo was beautiful, with the reward of a rest at the cafe of the lido next door. The trip to Brunate on the funicular was a highlight. We got the bus from brunate to the lighthouse and walked back down to Brunate for the return to Como. Special shout out to Koicha Rooms. Excellent Asian food. It was one of our more expensive meals but absolutely worth it.
