This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way.

Property was not clean upon arrival. We got there later in the evening after a busy day. A management company tried to get a cleaning crew in there, but because of the hour were unable to and attempted to relocate us for the one night and then put us back in that location for the next night. That was not possible as we were exhausted and already settled in. Took it upon myself to wash the sheets and towels that were soiled from previous guest. Luckily, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. They offered to Instacart a few snacks, but does not make up for the fact that we were not able to resolve the situation in a timely and effective manner. The cleaning crew came the next day and cleaned the unit while we were out. Shower head is ridiculous! It’s like you’re standing next to a waterfall mist. Would suggest a new showerhead. Would also enjoy a few more towels as they only provided two. Also, there needs to be more lighting in the bedroom perhaps on the side tables. Lighting is dark as there’s not much natural light in the unit. Other amenities are fine. Location is great.
