We had an excellent experience and will definitely be back if traveling through the area. The absolute stand out for me was Brenda! She worked tirelessly to make sure everyone had what they needed at breakfast and was so kind and funny. She made the stay special and deserves whatever accolades can be bestowed on her. Last minute overnight booking, close to restaurants and shopping, right off highway exit. Option for early check in if rooms are available. Room was functioning and bed was clean and comfortable. Maintenance on the elevator is questionable. Thankfully, in use with no issues.

had a very nice stay , it was quiet the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty. My main concern that the property is very old , needs upgrading , needs a paint job badly outside . Was very disappointed with the heating pool and jacuzzi because the water was cold . Very nice staff.

The older lady that worked in the dining room was very sweet and very helpful. The carpet in the hallways is worn and stretched out. my room had huge water stains on the ceiling and the curtains had holes and stains on them.

The facility is in desperate need of updating. The room was clean and staff nice but the microwave didn’t work, hair dryer wasn’t working correctly, furniture was dinged up and scratched, the ceiling had a big stain on it, carpet was old.

Pros-The staff was friendly. Free parking. Continental Breakfast every morning. Theres a gym although very small and the place is Quiet. Cons- pool and laundry. My daughter was disappointed she couldn't use the pool. It was foggy and looked questionable. I was going to wash clothes my last night but realized I needed quarters. There was no change machine. Other than that it was ok if you don't care about pool or laundry. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel is for the inside pool so I was not happy about that. No matter how many stars a hotel has. I always bring my own 2 pillowcases. I suggest the pool be cleaned and let new check ins know they need quarters for the one washer and dryer set.

An older property that needs modernization. Room was large with a sitting room separate from the bedroom. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but the waffle machine wasn’t working and the yogurt and dairy products weren’t refrigerated. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.

The hotel has NOT been maintained. The laundry services were down, the hot tub was down, the ice machine was down, the first room my mom was placed in the TV didn't work, the refrigerators in 2 separate rooms barley got cold. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean, however the hotel was FAR from what we were expecting through pictures and advertisement.
