It’s a good place to sleep for a couple hours instead of your car. Be sure if you have a dog to make sure they have a pet friendly room available when you make a reservation (ie via Expedia - be sure to call) . The beds were kind of comfortable but everything else was very run down. Rips in the carpet by the wall, weird red stain, weird blue stain. The black out curtains needed a clip we happened to have in order to keep the parking lot light from shining brightly in the room. Breakfast was included. About what you’d expect. Everything was run down but it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Served its purpose.and the staff was nice.

The stay was comfortable but the supplies for the room were not adequate, had to pick up soap, not delivered. Breakfast was nice but the staff was not friendly at all, especially the receptionist how checked me in, and the staff in the kitchen area was rude and disrespectful.

Our room was clean and very pleasant. The employees were very helpful. Due to my husband's healthy we needed a ground floor and they came out and loaded our luggage on the luggage cart and unloaded for us. Even adjusted the office chair. It was a very pleasant experience.

Broken furniture, used wash cloth left in the room, broken toilet, extremely run down room and other furniture, extremely noisy at 2:30 AM, limited parking after dark, someone had a car alarm go off 11 times in 20 minutes, strong pot smell in the elevator and hallways. Staff was kind. Checked out after one night and canceled the rest of the stay.
