The two ladies @ the front desk were so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Do’s & Don’t. Location, location was amazing. The location was not busy so it felt like I had the entire hotel to myself. I am glad I stopped here. The weather was so bad that a quick stop to rest & hide from the weather was the best choice. My fur babies were also very comfortable.

The room was very comfortable. The size of the room was amazing. The staff was so friendly, not just the front desk staff but all the staff, the maintenance man the housekeeper everyone when I go back in that direction I will be staying at this location again I have a small Cavapoo and she loved it and the dog area outside wow thank you very much. Not very many places have that for your pets. I highly highly recommend!!!

The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful in getting us checked in a little early. The room was very clean, smelled good, and the bed was very comfortable. There are some things that I would change, however. The light from the window still came in from the top of the curtain. The bathroom door was the sliding kind, and didn't cover the doorway opening completely. Also, it would have been nice to have a built-in night light in the bathroom so you don't have to turn on the big light in the middle of the night. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit, and would book a room here again!

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so this wasn't a matter of excessive wear from heavier use. Getting a good night's sleep was difficult. The hotel may work if you're simply looking for a place to sleep for a night, but travelers who value customer service, housekeeping, and a comfortable bed may want to consider other options or manage their expectations before booking.
