Small pool and hot tub on site, ice machines, designated parking. Excellent staff, the cabins were fun and they offer a small complementary continental breakfast. You can walk to the shopping district and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Wanted to stay at a classic motel as we used to stay at motels when I was a youngster traveling with my family. I really enjoyed staying at this motel as it was clean near everything, and the staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Manitou Springs.

The motel was in perfect walking distance to the historic area which was great since parking during the day in town in hard to come by. The staff was super friendly and the motel was quiet at night even though it was next to the main road.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The town was a short walk away and the shuttle stop to Pikes Peak and the Incline was conveniently located just across the street. Great location and all we needed as far as a room goes in Colorado where most of our time was spent outdoors. Walking distance to downtown. The free metro was great too. Only minor complaint was comfort of the beds, but if you hike enough - you'll sleep anyway.

Me and my family had one of the best experiences with Villa Motel, the room was so freshly smelled, the staff checked us in early, I will definitely return to that place. Also the shuttle to incline, to downtown, stops right in front of the Villa Motel which is very convenient.

This family owned hotel and cabins is AMAZING !!! The location is perfect for anything Manitou. The little cabin was cute and exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place if you plan on going to Manitou Springs.

Room was what I expected but staff was a great addition. Solid recommendations for food as well. Just walk down the street to Uncle Sam’s Pancake House and the later in the day Manitou Brewing. Both were phenomenal before heading to Cripple Creek.
