The breakfasts were very good but I think they should have went until 10:00 am because some people don't get up until 9:00 am. The receptionist was very friendly & polite. The location was cost to the airport which was great for me.

First, I want to give a shout out to Liam at the front desk. He made sure our check-in process went smoothly after some hiccups with our booking through Expedia. When we asked for some help he went above and beyond what we'd expected, and he was just generally a very kind and helpful person to represent the hotel at check-in! The hotel itself felt very clean. I usually feel a little icky about hotels in general especially when they have carpet, but this hotel felt clean enough that I felt like I could actually relax while my kids played in the room. The hotel is also so close to the Airplane Restaurant, which was a big hit with our young kids. The only "negative" is just that the breakfast doesn't begin until 6 am - which is a reasonable time to start breakfast service, but I think since this is an airport hotel it would be nice for the hotel to leave out some free grab-and-go items for people with early flights.

It was pretty clean. The staff was very nice. Had to ask for extra towels because there were only 3 which I never understand why they ask when you book how many people but then there is never enough stuff in the room for the amount of people. The room was comfortable, couch/bed was nice. Very weird placement of TV in the room. Otherwise pretty nice.
