I have no problem with the motel room itself, aside from the fact that the room did not include a functioning refrigerator. But that wasn’t going to be a problem as long as there was an ice machine that could keep my food cold. The ice machine in the lobby was also broken. So, every day for five days I had to drive to the local gas station and purchase ice. The staff at the front desk were kind and accommodating. Considering the price of the room, it’s a reasonable value… But you could do better.

I drove 2000 miles from Vermont to Colorado Springs and had reservations for 3 nights booked weeks in advance. I had the cconfirmation # printed. Said Sorry can't find it. Nothing more. I had to spend 1.5 hours in my car finding somewhere to stay. No help, no suggestions, just Sorry. Once i get home I better not find i was charged for the 3 nights.

Unclean rooms, Stained bed sheets and stained toilet seat. The rooms smell like cigarettes. It’s a horrific experience.

Well the ice machine is down and wasn’t working. For customers that are staying they should be having the ice machine fixed and going at all times. The door lock was broken. The toilet didn’t flush without flushing two or three times. The bed night stand fell off the wall in the middle of the night scared me and my mom. Went and reported it right away. I took pictures of the night stand and the door lock cause I was not gonna be accused of anything. It is horrible that the guests are never told that they have to rent out the refrigerator and microwave. That should always be included in the rooms. No towel racks at all. Dog area was disgusting, trash and poop not picked at all. The whole property had trash everywhere and looked like you were in the getto was just a horrible experience.

Is absolutely disgusting. I paid for a room with a fridge and microwave and they didnt have any left. A whole part of the building is burned out. The bed was the qorst even for a cheap motel. There are so many better spots for similar money

There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room. When we requested to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones we were met with reluctant disdain. Overall one of the worst stays ever. You cannot even see mountains from anywhere on property. The local smoking hangout was right outside our door and it was loud. Don’t stay here.

This place is a horrible place. The ice machine didn’t work, hallways had dog feces all over and was also freezing for starters. Then the morning of checkout we tried to extend our stay to which we were told we couldn’t under false accusations as well as putting tow stickers on our windows. This place was highly recommended by a friend but will never be going back.

For starters, these things are not the front desk ladies fault. Both were very sweet. However, check in took about 30 min and we were the only ones checking in. Apparently there’s an issue with the system when you book through hotels.com, so much so, that my card was charged and refunded about three times. The place is DIRTY. The shower had hair on the floor, there was hair on the walls and some towels. No trash bin in the rooms. I had to push the door SO hard to get it to close, and there was wiring exposed where the lock is. Just pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

The young man that works the evening shift( I think the 3pm-11pm)made my check-in fast and painless. He answered all my questions and gave me the best/ painless way and advice on how to add extra days and pay for them.

Staff was very rude since the first time I checked in she was quite disrespectful to both myself and my husband. I was a stay over for about 2 weeks we didn't get offered any towels soaps clean linens and when we asked for them they treated us rude telling me there was none available because of the renovations they have going on there's cockroaches in the rooms the showers are filthy

Potential!!!

The room was clean, and I am thankful for the young man that works the 3-11 shift. We have a lot of luggage and they don't have a luggage cart, so he gave us a room on the bottom floor as close to the office so we wouldn't have to go to far. The only down side was the room had a strong pet smell, no small fridge or microwave. But the staff is great and understanding , and I think they are doing renovations as well.

They gave me a room and when I opened it it smelled like urine when to let them know I got another room and that one was really dirty and it smelled. Tried charging my phone, couldn’t because plugs didn’t work not even to use the tv.

Slipped on wet FLOORING

The floor was soaking wet O slipped and fell not safe tv did not work the worst stay i have ever had. Its sad to think motel 6 has gone down so bad and the light may have been on but the accommodations were way off. In 70 years old very bad experience. The clerk told me the floor was damp from just being mopped nit so it was soaking wet from a leak in the refrigerator.

Personable!!!

I stayed at alot of hotels some great and some not so much out here, due to just moving out here.I had a issue with my bank and wasn't able to get to the bank to resolve it until I got off work at 1pm.And due to my transportation situation.I wouldn't get back until 6pm. The room was due at 11am so I was panicking thinking that I would get treated like the others hotels(rudely, and unsympathetic). But I spoke to Alexis(Manger) and explained everything and she was very understanding and personable. When I came in to pay with the night front desk clerk they didn't make me feel weird and uncomfortable. This might seem like something small, but to me it was huge and greatly appreciated!!! Thank y'all so much!!!
