“The hotel didn’t have my Expedia reservation when I checked in but they had a room available. The bed was way too soft but the rest of the room was nice. Lots of outlets. I couldn’t figure out the TV but didn’t need it. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection.”

“En general esta limpia, solo las habitaciónes ya se encuentran desgastadas en cuanto a las instalaciones. Me agrado estar ahí en nuestra pequeña estancia, sólo si les recomendaría hacer algunas remodelaciones 😊”

“I frequently travel between Chicago and Pittsburgh and ALWAYS choose this hotel for my stay! The staff are incredibly kind, the rooms are absolutely clean, the beds/pillows are always crisp and comfortable. Their breakfast choices are delicious and there's fresh coffee all day... 😀 ...and if you have to travel with a dog, they welcome pets too. 😊”

“No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. There was a mini fridge and microwave, both unplugged, in the room and water on the...

“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”
