We’re always happy to stay at the H+ Hotel in Hürth when we travel. We know what to expect, and the kids are familiar with the rooms and breakfast—they even have their favourite foods now. The location is great: it’s not far from the motorway and is close to local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed here for 1 night, unfortunately we got into the room to find the curtain hanging off and had to ask for our room to be changed. Unfortunately was then put into a much smaller room, where the bathroom was mouldy on the ceiling. Staff were helpful with the room move, but failed to tell us about any amenities that we could use in the hotel. Breakfast however, was 10/10!

Pretty good hotel for the price, especially with breakfast included. Staff were friendly, there was a good amount of parking and we liked the breakfast options. Only negatives were the slightly dirty carpet in the room and cutlery could've been cleaned better.

This Hotel is exactly as it shows. The carpet smelled a bit in the room, I had to have the doors wide open for fresh air, for me it was warm during my stay and we were given a room with no ac ☹️. I asked for one and was told maintenance hadn’t set it up yet. But the reception did bring me a fan for the night- kudos to him. He provided us with a map and bus route in case we did it want to drive. Plenty of safe parking. On another note, breakfast was great for us, friendly staff. Thank you.

The initial contact with reception was negative as the receptionist seemed to have an issue which he kept repeating to me in loud German. After I mentioned Expedia he ruffled through the files, found the paperwork and started speaking in English in a more normal tone. We filled out the paperwork which he provided. He later helped by arranging a taxi to take us into the old town to see the cathedral, buildings and the Rhine. Parking, room, lift and bathroom were all fine and clean. Breakfast and check out. were very good. The building is modern and in a good area of Cologne but some distance from centre.
