The hotel, staff and breakfast were great! The parking garage is for smaller cars. The entrance says 8’ but once you get inside it is actually 6’8” with nowhere to turn around and get back out.

Loved this hotel!

The room was clean & spacious; the hotel itself was very well run & maintained; breakfast was AMAZING; they also have two free level 2 EV charging stations in the front entrance area, one for Teslas & another SAE J1772. This hotel is our new go-to whenever we’re in College Station!

This place treats guests like transactions, not people. I reached out six days ahead about a family emergency and asked for either a refund or a credit. No compassion. No options. Just a hard “no,” and I’m out $1,044 for two rooms, one night. In my experience, the management was heartless and uncooperative - book elsewhere.
