“From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t really use the pool as we were on the private beach most days. The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are so welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing. Good selection of drinks. The hotel is very close to the beach, I mean you walk onto the promenade and the beach is in front of you. Beach bar staff, I would say made the holiday. They serve drinks and food to your sun bed. Will definitely be returning...

“When I arrived I waited for over an hour to get my room ready even though the check in was from 2 pm I got to my room around 3.45pm. My room was great size but dirty and smelly and right by the pool and social areas so there was constant noise and loud music playing. There was also unwanted door to another room from the corner of my room - I didn’t feel comfortable and heard everything from the family next to us. So we were woken up by them all the time. 😳 we had to wait 2 days until another...

“Clean comfortable room with balcony which looked onto the river on one side and the main thoroughfare on the other. Air con excellent. Staff upon arrival helped with luggage and cleaner Yulin was superb and very friendly. Good value for money. Very central for everything. All in all a good stay.”
