The room was huge and so was the bed. The pillows were big and bouncy. I requested a small soft pillow and it was brought to me. It suited me better. Nothing was missing. The staff were lovely, helpful and eager to please. The food was great.

Nice hotel close to the airport. A bit far outside if you go to Coimbatore center. Very big and nice pool for swimming, friendly and attentive staff, large and good quality breakfast, room was spacious, but the matrace was old and very soft. One negative, otherwise good value.

Hotel is dated, and rooms don’t feel comfortable due to condition e.g. Bathrooms have caulking that is dirty, luggage storage area smelt bad, furniture is stained/damaged. Additionally, I requested a non-smoking room, and after being taken by staff to three different rooms they all stunk of smoke. Food and restaurants at hotel are good. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have mid-to-high standards.
