“My brother and I have the same initial and surname. We both booked rooms for one night. I booked the last room with air conditioning. I emailed them 48 hours prior to arrival reminding them not to confuse us and to give me the aircon room I had booked and paid for. BUT they gave him the room instead of me.!!
