This is a great classic highway town motel. We only stayed overnight, but the location was super convenient to local restaurants and shops, and it offered everything you would ask for from a motel stay. The owners were wonderfully friendly and so accommodating when we ended up arriving late in the evening. As a lovely final touch, the owner gave our two young daughters a little treat when we checked out in the morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our quick stay feel really special.

This is the third time that I have stayed at this hotel when travelling between Canberra and Hervey Bay. I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and friendly and the rooms to be comfortable, affordable, clean and tidy. I will be staying here again next trip.
