Location is great for being in the center of the tourist area. It’s among restaurants, shops and right by the boat access area. They do a self check in/out so there might not be someone there. Our room was comfortable. Carpet seems a bit old but possibly they stay with it to help with noise? You are able to hear the people in adjacent rooms but it’s not bad. We only ate dinner here one night and the food and service was good. Prices very comparable or better. I’d recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing experience. Before our stay, I emailed the property to ask if the rooms had air conditioning because we were traveling during very hot weather. I never received a response. When we arrived, we spoke with the front desk staff, and they confirmed that the property does not have air conditioning. Because of this, we could not stay there. We even had lunch at the property’s restaurant while discussing the situation, and we believed our reservation would be canceled. To our surprise, we were still charged for the reservation without our consent. We contacted Expedia to report the issue, and they informed us that the listing stated the property had air conditioning, which was completely different from what the hotel staff told us in person. Poor communication, inaccurate information, and being charged despite not staying at the property made this a very frustrating experience. I hope the listing is corrected so future guests are not misled.

Rooms are very small and very basic furniture and fittings. Restaurant is lovely when you can sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The hotel as you can see from the picture is very pretty and ideal for walking around the town or along the river.

The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!
