I do not recommend this hotel at all. I booked a room with two queen beds. It wasn’t until I received the key cards and entered the room that I discovered it was under construction. The receptionist was clearly unaware of the situation as well. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms of the same type available. The only alternative offered was a downgrade to a smaller room, with no compensation or other effort to make up for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the entire hotel experienced a power outage early the next morning that lasted for hours, until we checked out. No staff member was able to explain what had happened or provide any updates. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication, poor management, and inadequate customer service. Unless you have no other option, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location

Nice spot that is very close to bar harbor. Very clean and great for a large amount of people.

The room was small but met our needs. It was clean and updated on the interior. Exterior and the walkways throughout the property were less updated. The pool was warm and clean. The kitchen only had a cooktop, no oven, which was a surprise, but there were grills available outside so we made it work. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Stone Park. The rooms and game room seemed newly renovated or new, and everything from the lobby, rooms, pool, and game room were clean. Complimentary coffee and tea was great, we really enjoyed the heated pool and game room for evenings and down town, and loved the roomy accommodations of the hotel room. Full kitchen, spacious living room area, and I particularly enjoyed the fact that the bedroom had a door to separate the space. I would highly recommend Stone Park, and would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Something worth noting is that there is NO ELEVATOR. I had forgotten about that, and it was definitely challenging to lug luggage and a cooler up to the 3rd floor. If I didn't have a husband and teen boys, I could never do it.

The location was great! It's close to a lot of restaurants and gift shops. The unit was on the second floor, so it was a little bit challenging for me because I have bad knees, but we're very satisfied with the place. It's not too far from Acadia National Park. I would recommended it. The communication with host was fast.

It was beautiful inside and out. Would recommend 10/10. Very quiet location beds slept great and close to Bar Harbor
