Nice casting couch in the room

A really enjoyable city break in Copenhagen. Hotel well located as only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Metro very efficient and only 15 minutes to the airport. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice foodmarket on the way to the station, just a few minutes from the hotel. Also, la Rocca the Italian restaurant right next to the hotel is definitely worth a visit. Most of the attractions are within walking or cycling distance to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is excellent: a great location, well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds and a good organic breakfast, although breakfast is expensive. Everywhere is immaculately clean, and the design and finish are impressive throughout. However, the heating and air conditioning were a nightmare. The system is controlled centrally from reception, which would be fine if it worked properly. It has a three-degree tolerance, and we repeatedly went from freezing cold to far too hot during the night, sometimes with the air conditioning blasting and the radiators on full at the same time. We couldn’t resolve this using the controls in our room. Despite numerous attempts by the hotel team to fix the issue, including a visit to our room, it persisted throughout our three-night stay. The team tried to help, but the disrupted sleep put a real dampener on what should otherwise have been an excellent experience.

Beyond expectations for a hotel. Very kind and helpful staff.
