The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The hotel is well located to walk to restaurants or bars. Nice scene drive from Kinsale. Itā€™s not upscale, but it is very comfortable and cozy.

The hotel is warm and very comfortable, right in the centre of town with plenty parking. The rates are very very good and the Continental breakfast is a perfect start to the day. I will return, hopefully.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Beyond that, I wouldn't waste your money. The property is so shabby from top to toe. The bedrooms are beyond basic, only one towel for two people. Incredibly overpriced.

good location, basic but perfect 1 or two nights

beds comfortable and plenty of towels. Shower was not great many of the holes on the shower head blocked. Would help if the room had bedside lamps and more power sockets, also as no food/ bar service it would have been nice to have a water in the room. Room was clean and tidy but could do with a refresh of paint. convenient location and staff were friendly.

A great no-frills place for a few nights in this brilliant town. We stayed one night to visit the magical De Barra's and ate an Egyptian meal at a small place nearby. All good -- will stay here again

I stayed in quite a few hotels in Cork this time for my visit and I feel like this hotel has to be far worst in my experience. - The elevator did not work so had to drag my suitcase two flight of stairs - There was only one towel in the bathroom and the tub had hair - Everything in the room was covered in dust - The TV did not work - The WiFi was horrible - I had the room by the street so got woken up at 1 am by people making loud noise in the street - The complimentary breakfast was bare minimum For the same price you can get far better hotels or BnB around that area. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at this time.

The continental breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff in the morning were very friendly and helpful. However, the building was very tired and worn considering the premium rate they want. I will not be staying there again anytime soonā€¦
