“Staff brilliant, room was clean and functional with lots of space and storage (huge win). The shower wasn’t great - it couldn’t decide between the temperature I set and scolding hot and freezing cold - meaning that it was a stressful shower! The air con is incredibly weak, meaning the room was really, really hot on the 4th floor. “The hotel is lovely have stayed many times couldn’t get room 412 cause it wasn’t available. We had a executive twin which was lovely two large double beds room 404. The fountain is outside the window and but if there is a wedding in the function room down stairs or the quests were outside it could be noisy. Lovely dressing gown and slippers in a grey colour are great. Having a fridge in the room was handy, and fan was great. Breakfast was brilliant nice that everything was brought to your table...

“The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one. The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow. I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”

Lo único q podría indicar como desfavorable es que no están preparados para personas de movilidad reducida, no hay rampas ni elevadores y muchas puertas cortafuegos que cumplen perfectamente su función pero son una excelente barrera para una silla de ruedas.”
