“Overall the property was ok but in need of decoration and updating. The shower pressure was pitiful and took over 40 minutes to have the showers we did but never felt really clean as didnt feel it washed off shower gel or shampoo”
“Overall a lovely stay. Our room was large, clean & comfortable with a balcony overlooking the front garden area. Good to have a fridge in the hot weather. We also appreciated the USB ports & other amenities. Comfortable armchairs & a comfotable bed, although the bedding was a little excessive for the hot weather - easy to remove the top layer though. The lovely bathroom was also a good size with a seperate bath & shower.
Our only frustration was the early morning traffic noise - we had to open...
“Welcomed by the gentlemen, room was very spacious and had everything you need, bed was so comfy, excellent sleep.
Drove into Harrogate centre was round 15 mins.
Free parking.
Only down side was the restaurant and bar wasn’t open.”

“How old and grand the hotel was but the cleanliness wasn't great especially when our room was serviced they would make the bed but didn't clean all the furniture and window seals still quite dusty”
“Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!”

“Absolute gem of a place to stay. Gorgeous room with everything you need & so peaceful. The food was really good both for dinner & breakfast. We visited Fountains Abbey which was only 2 miles away. And we could do parkrun with plenty of time to get back before checkout & eat breakfast. Would love to return.”

Llegamos pronto por la manana y dejamos las maletas alli, cuando llegamos de vuelta a las 5 o 6 de la tarde, la habitacion no estaba lista, cosa que no me parece correcto, ya que era bastante tarde. Cuando nos dan la habitacion despues de esperar unos 15 minutos (ya se que no es mucho, pero lo dejo como dato) resulto que en el bano no teniamos toallas, decidimos bajar mas tarde a pedirlas, ya que como veniamos de viaje nos tumbamos un poco, y fue...
