The staff were super helpful and everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is great, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland where my event was located. They have a nice indoor pool and the on site restaurant was superb. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be in the Cleveland area.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The location was super close to where we needed to be in Downtown Cleveland. We enjoyed the pool and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were happy that they offer a free breakfast and the Mexican restaurant was wonderful for dinner and drinks. We almost enjoyed our time at the hotel more than the concert we were there to attend! Highly recommend.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, but the hotel itself felt dated and poorly maintained. Our room did not feel clean, with stains on the comforter and dirty walls, and the hallways had bed linens left outside rooms. The advertised breakfast was extremely limited, offering only mini muffins, cereal, and oatmeal packets. A Mexican restaurant is also located on the property, though we did not try it. Overall, the pleasant staff were the main positive, but the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, upkeep, and breakfast offerings. We would not stay here again.

The room itself was clean I had two beds one of the beds sheets had stains on it which made it not useful. The staff attendant said there would be breakfast in the morning from six to ten when I woke up to get breakfast it was only bread and oranges so I passed on that. Overall the hotel was okay.

My experience at FairBridge was excellent, staff, especially the Front Desk staff Shahad, he was a great help. He answered all my questions and helped us with any issue. My room was nice, neat and clean. My stay here was great, no complaints at all!

I paid $66 for a hotel room with AC, a clean bed, great water pressure, and a fridge and microwave. Plus free breakfast. Was there a huge stain on the curtain? Yes. Was the pool closed? Yes. But $66! I had paid $41 the night before for a camping spot and a shower house. Great cheap hotel option.

I didn't like anything. It was a convenient location and that's it. The towels in the pool area were labeled "use at your own risk" the water was cold, the hot tub was broken, there was a squeezed out bottle of conditioner in the elevator along with handprint and legible forehead and nose prints in the mirror of the elevator, there was a fight between housekeeping and another guest in the lobby while we were at the desk asking for towels and blankets which we never received after a two day stay. Rooms are being improperly used by housekeeping/management. One of the beds weren't made when we checked in, I had to ask front desk for new bedding and make my own bed. I was loading the car and sent my kids to breakfast. When I got back to them they were eating in the dark. The front desk staff was asleep with a bonnet on her head and a neck pillow and fluffy blanket at 7am. She was more comfortable than we were and WE PAID to be there!! There was expired yogurt in the fridge at breakfast. The staff was rude and very unhelpful every time we encountered them.

The only good thing is the pool was clean. The tub in the bathroom was filthy. There was no phone in the room. In order to get In the pool You have to walk all the way to the front desk and get an Employee to let you in. Loud music playing all Saturday night. The bed linen had stains along with uncomfortable mattresses. The door to our room looked as if it was more than likely broke into. My check-in on Expedia said 3 but I wasn’t able to check in until 4. The pool hours are 12pm-8pm. The halls reeked of marijuana. Employees were smoking weed near back door. The dude at the front desk was ok, but did not try to provide accommodations at check in although my reservation said 3. He told me I would have to pay an early check in fee. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I lost my Driver's License and had 2 other forms of ID however the manager wouldn't accept them and kept stating that he had problems before and wouldn't let me check in. I had to call in law enforcement to verify my ID and the manager was still hesitant to check me in . However in the end he finally allowed me to check on after 2 hrs and when I finally got to the room the TV had no remote or microwave the coffee pot did not work and the refrigerator was barely cold and missing the knob to adjust temp. The A/C only worked on constant air at 60 degrees for if it shut down it wouldn't start again without unplugging it and waiting 30 to 45 minutes to reset. However the bed was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom and shower though a bit dated and used. It was also fairly quiet so I was able to rest well. Overall I give this place a 5 out of 10 mostly for the inconvenience of not having working ice machines and TV being dated (no smart tv) so whatever Chanel surfing you got. Also could not get a wifi signal anywhere but close to the lobby very dissatisfied customer most likely won't stay again.

My bathroom sink didn’t drain, no fan inside bathroom so it was super humid and hot when I showered, and no good tv channels! Staff was nice, bed was comfy, was a good, quiet place to stay for a night.

First off I’ll start with the room, I waited 25 mins to get the key card to, then when I went to shower the bathroom tubs faucet came flying off so I had to get a new room and in the description it says free breakfast buffet but there is no buffet just instant oatmeal, toast, butter, peanut butter and a jug of orange juice
