My experience at FairBridge was excellent, staff, especially the Front Desk staff Shahad, he was a great help. He answered all my questions and helped us with any issue. My room was nice, neat and clean. My stay here was great, no complaints at all!

I paid $66 for a hotel room with AC, a clean bed, great water pressure, and a fridge and microwave. Plus free breakfast. Was there a huge stain on the curtain? Yes. Was the pool closed? Yes. But $66! I had paid $41 the night before for a camping spot and a shower house. Great cheap hotel option.

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of work. The hot tub is completely out of commission. Breakfast is only cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread etc. and fruit every other day. Our bathroom was unfinished, toilet was loud, and ants were crawling the walls and vanity. Most frustrating was requesting towels twice (because there weren't enough provided for a two night stay and asking for help with the ant situation and they never came up or brought towels.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I was not even im my bed a full hour before I was bitten by a bed bug. I left immediately so I did not check to see if there were more of them. I attempted to get a refund and there was no manager in site. The property continued giving me the run around every day only taking down my name and number and I still have yet to receive a refund.

The room itself was clean I had two beds one of the beds sheets had stains on it which made it not useful. The staff attendant said there would be breakfast in the morning from six to ten when I woke up to get breakfast it was only bread and oranges so I passed on that. Overall the hotel was okay.

The door to the main parking area could not be opened from the outside and the 2 side doors closest to that could not be secured, which given the location of the building made me a bit concerned for safety. The pool was inconvenient to use as you need to get a staff member to let you in, and they don’t have enough staff, making this especially inconvenient. The breakfast consisted of cheap, highly processed baked goods, generic cereal served from broken dispensers, and low quality fruits (complete with fruit flies). I opted for a banana and a bowl of cereal, only to realize several bites in that the milk was going sour. The one redeeming quality is that the room was clean, even if extremely dated. Would not recommend. You would have to pay me to stay here again.

The property was horrible. Found a dead spider in my bed when I woke up and it wasn’t there when I went to bed. Went to make coffee, coffee maker was dirty and full of water. The pool was dusty,ripped chairs,a lot of spider webs. Will never go back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have no idea how this place is still open. Key cards haven’t worked for weeks even though they said they just stopped working. So you have to wait on staff to let you in your room every time. Pool was clean surprisingly but FRIGID and hot tub is out of order and half the chairs are broken. Stained mattresses, crumbling ceilings, paper thin comforters, no toilet paper, everyone that works there wore street clothes, spaghetti straps with their chest hanging out, no uniforms or name tags. Fire alarms going off with no information from staff, we weren’t told there was an elevator and walked up 4 flights of stairs that were falling apart to get to our room and there’s zero security! The door to the stairs from the outside is not locked and staff doesn’t verify you belong in the room when they open the door for you. Avoid it at all costs!!!!!!

Hotel was completely run down and smelled terrible. There was a fire while we were there and the fire department even mentioned they've been trying to shut it down for years. Don't stay here just sleep in your car at this point.

I had a last minute reservation for a suite. When I arrived the hotel seemed run down and dark. The lights are out by the elevators. A lot of rooms were not ready and people were waiting hours for them. My room was available. When I went up it smelled clean but when I opened the mini fridge there was a drink in there that had been left. When I poured it down the drain the sink wasn’t working. Tried to call down to the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I had to walk down to tell Lucas at the front desk. He changed my room. Second suite smelled faintly like smoke and the floor across the sink was slick and I slid. I went to call down to the front desk and the phone in that room also didn’t work. I walked down to request housekeeping in the morning. When I went back upstairs I lifted the sheet off the bed and on the flat sheet there was blood. I immediately packed and went down to check out. First a full refund was verbally accepted. Lucas at the front desk said to email Shahad the front manager. I emailed him and didn’t hear back. Expedia had to reach out to verify with the hotel that a refund was approved. When they did that it was not approved. I called the hotel to speak to the manager and he said they would charge me for the first night stay even tho I was in the hotel for 2 hours. I was frustrated but accepted it because it was better than 0 refund. I said ok thank you and he hung up on me. Extremely rude. Avoid

My bathroom sink didn’t drain, no fan inside bathroom so it was super humid and hot when I showered, and no good tv channels! Staff was nice, bed was comfy, was a good, quiet place to stay for a night.

This was a horrifying experience. Do not stay here! Our room was beyond disgusting, crumbs everywhere, a peeling bathtub, mold on the shower curtain, the towels were all soaking wet??? As we checked out, the staff tried to bribe us into a false 5 star review. They said if we put a 5 star review aka lying then they would take 20% off what we paid… absolutely not. Also why is every review from the last 3 weeks and nothing earlier than that? There is something seriously wrong going on at this hotel. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
