We had an overall great stay at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Traveling with a larger group, it was super helpful that they set us up with two side-by-side rooms for my parents and myself with the kids. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. A few quick notes for future guests: the pool is on the smaller side and there isn't a hot tub, but the incredible views from the 32nd-floor bar easily made up for it! Parking is on the pricier side as expected for downtown, but having unlimited in-and-out privileges made getting around the city very convenient. We'd definitely stay here again!

All the staff I came in contact in was WONDERFUL! I would like to thank the valet gentleman that brought me my car when I checked out. I noticed on the dash, the tire light was on indicating a tire was low on air. The valet recommended a place and then said no, that it was 14 minutes away and found me a closer one, Conrad’s tire express was 7 minutes away. I appreciated his kindness in recommending a closer auto shop. The room (713)was clean, however, there was an empty box in one of the trash cans and I noticed a spot on the carpet in front of the TV. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends to stay there.

Located in downtown Cleveland, close to the sports locations and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. All within walking distance. You can always count on the HIlton brand and this location was no exception!

We spent one lovely night. Check-in and check-out were effortless. We were placed on the 31st floor with a tremendous view. Walking distance to Rocket Arena and several great eateries. Will choose Hilton Downtown again when I return.

Hotel was great - clean, friendly staff, and we enjoyed the food at the two second-level restaurants. Would recommend staying here - makes everything walkable or short Uber to attractions.
