We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well designed and maintained, and everything was clean and in its proper place. We loved our stay and slept very well. The hotel is also in an excellent location, with many restaurants and retail stores nearby.

Staff very friendly. Gave us some good recommendations for some restaurants. Breakfast was great. The biggest take away was only one elevator worked and the other elevator was in disrepair. The floor inside was dirty and had broken tiles. We expect a little bit better from Hampton Inn.
