Sean at the front desk was fantastic. The kids area pool is perfect. Suggest giving kids at check in an arcade card to get them started would be a nice touch. Location was great for visiting cleaveland and great breakfast. Again highlight was opening our room door to the amazing lounge with endless activities for the kids including a pool and mini putt. 😀

The pool area was good. The breakfast buffet was great. Full buffet. Things are run down, things look worn out. It was comfortable enough. Had problem with the keys. Had to get replacement twice. They just stopped working.

We really had a great time here. The pool side room is great. It wasn't crowded, and I liked that. It could use some cosmetic upgrades in some places but over all a nice place. the free breakfast was actually a breakfast lol We would definitely go back.

Great for families. Travelled with a young toddler. He loved the atrium, so much so we requested to have a room right up to it shortly after we checked in. Staff was happy to accommodate, made the stay so fun. Things are a little dated but overall was a good experience. My kid loved the arcade, pool and generally being able to get his energy out running around.

Very dated hotel but great location for exploring the national park near by. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, play space, ping pong, and indoor mini golf. The rooms were clean but common spaces could use major updating and deep cleaning.

Sort of a budget great wolf lodge from the 90s. Pool/play area was fun for the kid but as an adult you can plainly see how everything is extremely outdated throughout the hotel. All carpets are stained. Bathrooms/Beds outdated. Even the door latches on the buildings/rooms did not totally feel secure. Quite a few unsavory characters staying at the hotel as well. Assuming it's a local place to spend the night and let the kids swim and run around the play area. Breakfast was minimum at best. Like I said my kid was happy and thought it was fun. But.. The place definitely had it's "charm." Would probably not revisit.
