Rooms and common areas were very clean. I didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked to be in good condition. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful beyond what is expected during a stay.

They did let us check in early but there was cracks in the shower that water has been collecting I'll say it smelled damp to be nice. There's a lot of good places to eat around there. Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast. Internet was out for a day and a half with no explanation. Some of the hotel had it. Some of it didn't

Room was clean. The Breakfast was just ok. Stayed 2 nights and was hoping they would change up the hot offerings but it was the same eggs and sausage. Nice location if you plan on visiting Cuyago Valley National Park. Overall, it was a solid 3 stars, nothing to write home about but clean, comfortable room.
