I was pleased surprised with this Best Western location. Plenty of parking, lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and spread out so everyone wasn’t huddled into a tiny space. I have stayed at a couple of other hotels in the area and this Best Western will be my go to. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Angel was literally an Angel. Keep her. Please & thank you. I was distraught, because I was exhausted, & was concerned about where I could lay my head. My flight got in extremely earlier than most check in places & she was accommodating. The other co-workers even suggested I go ahead & grab breakfast; which I did. I thank you them all for their customer service.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was ready at check-in. The pool is huge, and my son enjoyed it, but it needs some work due to age. The staff were really friendly; the only downside was a lack of planning with regards to the breakfast. There were at least two large events going on over the weekend - a car show and a wedding - and the breakfast buffet seemed like it never had any food on it. Not enough was cooked ahead, and they couldn't keep up with demand. Just a lack of planning, I think.
