Epic castle, really cool to stay in. The gratto pool is a must in their spa. 60 euros per person per day, but they do let you split and do half and half, so you get a couple of hours on both days instead all of once. The book store restaurant is also really cool. And the main restaurant is really nice too, a little pricey and the service is a bit slow so just plan to take your time. All in all great experience.

The wifi didn't work well at all, neither in the room nor at the spa. The air conditioning was set at 20 degrees, too cold for me, so I asked them to turn on the heat so I could use the radiator. I was able to enter the spa at 1:40 PM, although I received the room at 3 PM. The drinks in the minibar are newly included. The spa is not very big so I can't imagine how all the hotel guests fit in if it's booked at full capacity. The breakfast was good, especially the fruits. A nice experience, but too expensive for what it offers.

We stayed at Chateau Urspelt because we were there for F1 racing in Spa. This property is beautiful. I loved opening the windows and letting the cool breeze in at night. The view was so peaceful. My husband and I used the pool and we were the only ones. We paid the extra fee for the wellness center and I LOVED that. The grotto spa caves were my absolute favorite and the thing I was most excited to go in. We loved NUXE products in the rooms. Now we use NUXE products back home! The breakfast was delicious and by far the best jam on our very long trip thru Europe! I loved this hotel so much not only was it beautiful, peaceful and the staff were so nice! I highly recommend this hotel and paying extra for the wellness spa. You won’t regret it. Book early for spa services!

This place was a dream come true. It is the kind of place everyone needs to experience at least once in their lives. The chateau was so comfortable and charming and swimming in the spa pool was such a unique experience. I loved learning the history of the property and seeing the wells that have been there forever. The breakfast had so many delicious choices that I wish I could have stayed another day. Finally the cellar bar was so delightful, I had an amazing time sipping cocktails and enjoying a game of chess with my travel partner. Everyone was so kind to us and we really enjoyed our visit. I recommend this place 100%.

This is in an amazing place. Property is beautiful. Rooms are lovely. Restaurant is amazing. Food absolutely delicious and stunning. Staff lovely. Great for a getaway for two or just with family. Lovely heated pool. Spa. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Highly recommend. You would need a car to get here.
