We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! “Air conditioning was not working. Staff said they were aware and would reset it. Turns out staff didn’t reset the a/c until asked again an hour and a half later. Said it would take a while to cool. That they have been having this problem for a few days and they weren’t confident that it would work. 2hours later no air no fan even operating. Hot and unbearable in room.
