The room was spacious and even had a pet patio for our dog. The reception desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely and it was really close to everything. One of the best BW hotels we've stayed at.

We like to clean room, the helpful staff, the breakfast, including an omelette station. We were able to drive to a nice restaurant on the river not far from the hotel. Unfortunately did not get to use the hot tub.

The floor in our room was pretty dirty from day one. We loved the back door that led out to the small yard of astroturf for our dog to use at night! The breakfast was not great but good enough. The person who checked us in on arrival was a bit haggard because he had two people on the phone and me standing in front of him and another family behind me waiting to be checked in. The air conditioning in the room worked great. The pool was pretty clean but the hot tub not so much.
