“The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again”

“To have specific details on all properties ”

“Good”

“La habitación no es mala esta todo muy descuidado y no funcionan varias cosas ”

“dont go here false advertising i went and they were booked out and i was left on the side of the road”

“When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I can’t wait to come back again! Loved it.”

“I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. The rooms have central air and the bathrooms are beautiful. I was really pleased and I think that you would be too. Thanks again guys one love!”

“The apartment was nothing like the pictures on the website. The Housekeeper said that she cleaned the apartment, however, there were cobwebs and dirt under the beds that I had to wipe and clean the apartment. We got spider bites everywhere. The air conditioner in the living room and upstairs bedroom are not working and both TV do not work. This was a horrible experience during a time when I went for a funeral. It was depressing and very disappointing”

“We really enjoyed the room. It was very comfortable. The beds were really comfy. The host was amazing, super friendly, and responsive if we had any questions.”

“Cleaning, staff communication, health, & overall comfort of the rooms where bellow standard at Fisherman's Point (Apartments). We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point. The list of unhealthy & dirty items are to long to list. Even now at 9:10 am I am at the front desk of the complex and no one is here to confirm my check-out or bill ( even though we had to pay to stay at a totally diffrent...

“Property seems overpriced. Communication is an issue. Hard to reach the front desk or whoever is assigned. Not a good spot in my view for last minute bookings. Other previous reviews did justice. ”

“We liked The location of the property it was also well secured safe and clean ”
