“The property especially the rooms were quite dated. The beds are uncomfortable. The Fire Place is the only restaurant on site worth going to. The staff are great, especially Gretel, she was great.”

“Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated. Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. Also, bring face clothes, and, if you can,...

“This hotel was in a great location for us. So close to public transport, shops and Restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly cheery young lady at reception. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We were kept well supplied with toiletries, but unfortunately milk was not replenished so only had the one coffee during our 3 night stay. Air con worked well.It was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes in the laundry at no extra cost.”

“We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car.”

“Close to the beach (fabulous) and airport (great but noisy at times). Very friendly and helpful staff. It was convenient to have a mini bar, however, a few free treats would have been even better. Great stay, we will come back again.”
