“Simple clean room. English ugh space for my daughter & I. The shower was plenty hot & powerful.”

“Staff were not very helpful or accommodating”

“When we arrived we were put on the 2nd floor but the lift wasn't working thankfully the staff carried our suitcases up, got to our room seemed ok .nice and warm but what we didn't realise at the time the heating had just gone off and later we found out it comes on full with no chance of turning it off and your can't open the windows. “Room was clean although a horrible (historic) mark on the carpet near the desk - why do they not trouble to clean it. Bedside lamp was too far to be any good for reading and not movable. “Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great location and breakfast was great!”

“Terrible information about checking in the property, had to wait 2 hours and lots of phone calls to get the cabin number and key code. Better be inform before reaching the property that doesn't have bed sheets and toilet paper. Overall very nice accommodation with all the publicity it has on it.”
