Estancia Corta

La estancia de mi viaje fue de 2 días, el hotel se encuentra en una de las avenidas principales que conecta también con ciudad Madero por lo cual es muy fácil salir y usar el transporte público para moverse a las distintas zonas de la ciudad, el hotel cuenta con alberca al aire libre que en días de calor es muy agradable hacer uso de esta, la recepción del hotel es muy atenta al igual que el servicio que brinda el staff del hotel.

Stayed for a week

Pros and Cons: Pro - Great location with easy access to anywhere. Super safe. Very clean. (90%) Friendly staff. Free ice for the asking. Cons - Had to change room keys daily because of lazy rude manager (but staff was friendly), mediocre food (eggs with shells), expensive drinks (buy your own down the street). Overall, I would recommend this place. They speak very little English and feel a bit ashamed. The workers are good, humble people so be kind to them and they will try their best. Everything was well staffed with plenty of people to give you a quick response to any of your needs. You are walking distance to Convenience Stores, Pharmacies, Grocery Stores, Department Stores (WalMart)... and about a $1 taxi ride away from most places. (Use Taxi Libre because they go everywhere and won't charge you $2.50).

Hotel con pésimo servicio

El hotel se quedo sin agua y nos llevan garrafones para que nos bañemos a jicarasos, esto no puede ser y menos en un hotel de este. Nombre al final nos reubicaron a otro hotel de menor calidad

Hotel limpio con una muy mala organizacion

En el momento de llegar al hotel no tenia la habitación todo lo que se ofreció en la pagina por ejemplo refrigerador tipo frigobar, al cobrarme con la tarjeta la utilizaron mal y me bloquearon ese saldo, ya pasaron 4 días y sigo sin poder disponer de ello, no tenia agua caliente por un daño en su sistema y se la llevaron disculpándose en lugar de ver como se arreglaba el problema, la atención del personal muy buena y el lugar estaba limpio

Very spacious room!

Hotel has 24/7 security which is nice, some don't have that in Tampico. They don't have an ice machine but the security guard went into the kitchen and gave me some at 12 at night! Will be staying here again!

El hotel es muy bueno,, esta cerca de la playa,, cerca de tiendas comerciales, el Desayuno esta delicioso,, las habitaciones son buenas,, solo les falta tener vestidor y extractor en el baño,, pero me encanto toda mi estadía

This hotel was on the worse part of the city.

They gave me a dirty room then they try to make it better by giving me a room downstairs and it was worse they were water tanks next to my door so I had to squeeze in every time I would get out from room, the bed was very uncomfortable stiff as a board, my coffee maker was broken did even work I did have a refrigerator and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, thanks expedia this is just another mess up trip I have experience since I have been using you.
