I always have a good time when I stay in the hotel! Is nice clean it has an indoor pool and is connected to Sanbors, It’s a great place to stay when you’re in Ciudad Juárez a great value for your money!!

The employees are very nice. Specially a young girl who was at the front desk. I forgot to get her name. She had curly hair and she is pretty tall. She was the nicest, she had great customer service. My kids love to stay in this hotel

The room was clean, a little dated but a good size room and clean. Appreciate the hard floors (no carpet). Bed was comfortable, sheets and bedding clean, good pillows. Bathroom was a little dated but everything in working order and clean. Didn’t use the pool, was a bit crowded for my liking but the pool area was indoors and appeared clean. Did use the laundry, this was a great perk. I brought my own soap but there’s a vending machine close to purchase snacks or soap for the washer if needed. Underground parking was great- helped keep car secure and cooler than the front lot. Onsite security was nice peace of mind. On the last day found out there was a free shuttle service to downtown or nearby shopping- wish I would’ve known sooner! Great perk! Plan to stay here again next time I visit family. Highly recommend this hotel, way better attention and cleanliness than the lucerna across the street. Not to mention more affordable. Good location with shopping and food nearby.

Not all the room had coffee maker, the hand face towels are too large. It was very noisy at night with people in the hallways. Breakfast was good. Security doesn’t respond upon requests. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only one card key given. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

It was okay. Expedia promotes it having A/C but we could not turn it on because the whole establishment is at a set temperature so during winter off and rooms were hot. Shower pressure for hot water after is slow. Frustrating. Good customer service and breakfast.
