Everyone was very welcoming since the first time I set foot on the reception area, every person that I asked a question or requested support from was kind and patient. The cleaning crew was EXCELLENT. I had the greatest experience, and having the restaurant within the property with access to Breakfast buffet is a BIG plus. I loved it, I will definitely stay again at Hotel Dunas without a doubt.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, always greeting us warmly. The continental breakfast was also very good. We were given a connecting room (with a door in between), and unfortunately we could hear everything from the other room through it. The location was excellent, close to the CAS and consulate. Our car was always safe and secured in the parking lot. We only stayed for one night as a family of four.

The staff was always friendly and polite, but the AC never worked, I arrived at 10 pm, check in was good but the room was super hot, I turned on the ac but it never got color, I went to the lobby to request another room or call engineering, but they said that after 10 pm I cannot be helped. The night was hot. In the morning I went again and they send a staff to fix it, very kind person, fix it but it didn't last long. I had to sleep in a hot room again overnight. Again, the hotel is ok for what it is but just fix that and it will be perfect.

There are no windows in the room we stayed it was very sad in there but we were not there for leisure we were there for business. Free breakfast and it’s delicious!!! Very close to the US consulate and you can walk to a mall nearby.
