Right as we entered, the staff greeted us so kindly. They were very helpful with all the questions we had. Rooms were always clean and well maintained. Breakfast was always great, the chef always came out to say good morning and clean up asap. Everything was wonderful , would definitely recommend and stay again!

The property is just as it shows in the photos! Newly renovated, spotless, and with really courteous staff. The location is excellent - walking distance to consulate & the mall for entertainment, shopping, and food. Breakfast was great! The are very little amenities past the room. The lobby has very little seating & the gym is tiny with a couple of squeaky machines. Overall we felt very comfortable & safe. This is a great hotel with excellent staff. I would certainly stay here again!

We were at ciudad Juarez for several weeks and on our last week we stayed there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good as well. I also bought dinner there and the food was delicious! I highly recommend it, and I wished we stayed there from the beginning of our trip.
