The property is well maintained. It is in a great location. We came to Cincinnati for a funeral. The staff was extremely helpful. And there is coffee in the lobby every morning. That was a nice detail.

We had an awesome experience. Our room was beautiful. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels on washcloths. The only thing is, I wish they had complementary coffee, twenty four hours a day, like most hotels or at least state that they do not.

The staff was fantastic, and the property was clean and quiet. There were multiple teams staying at the hotel while we were there, and all the common areas were kept clean and welcoming. Staff went out of their way to assist with any questions we had. Definately 10/10

Very clean, safe and reasonably quiet. Food onsite was fresh and delicious. Most importantly, the staff was SO nice and friendly. I always appreciate it when greeted with a warm smile and helpful demeanor after traveling all day. The room was excellent, especially the bed and linens. Rooms also have a microwave and Keurig as well as hand soap, lotion, and shampoo. Fresh clean unisex scent too. Room darkening shades, free parking, close to restaurants and freeway onramp. Prob the best thing you should know is the PRICE! Excellent for a nice Hilton. They also have a new gym. Can't say enough good things about them. Would definitely stay there again.

We love this hotel and enjoy staying there. It’s our second stay. We like the bar being open in the evening where we can enjoy a drink after coming back from dinner. It’s a great place to stay in West Chester.

Great staff. Very happy with room size. Bed was very comfortable and the best night of sleep I've had in a while. Cleaning staff is every other day (which they let you know up front) BUT were fantastic. Great location if you're going to the Sharonville Convention Center (8 minute Uber) the Downtown Cincinnati Museums (20 minute uber) and/or Dayton, Ohio (39 minute uber). The access to all of Cincinnati cannot be beat. Highly recommended.
