Beautiful historic hotel. 1931 was a really cool cocktail lounge with incredible live music. Rooms were nice and clean. Only complaint is 2 out of 8 elevators working at checkout was crazy. We walked 23 floors to avoid 30+ min wait time for elevator.

We just love this hotel, and not just for the historic beauty and grandeur. The staff is fantastic. We’ve been here before and will be here again. The only downside was that several elevators were down, making a long trip to the 27th floor.

Incredible opportunity to blow you away with the beauty of the historical building. Unfortunately, valet parking was a nightmare both in drop off and pick up. Room was quite small with tiny bathroom. Place was clean. Some bright spots with bellhop and bartender. It’s clear there’s not team buyin to collaborate and create a beautiful experience for their guests. Everyone seems to operate in their individual spaces.

This was a perfect central location to explore Cincinnati and N. Kentucky. We could easily walk to the ballpark and it was easy to get in and out of with the car. The only bummer was that the hotel doesn't validate parking and it was $$$
