We booked this hotel because it had stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, warm, fun and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to downtown events. We wish the parking lot was free but at least the $10 per night charge was minimal. We would definitely stay there again.

What a great stay!! After thinking I was going to have to drive back to Columbus after a tornado warning etc. I found this hotel and was just glad for a place to stay! Turned out that the workers there were AMAZING, friendly, kind, and helpful. To top it off, I left my kindle in the room and the person cleaning it turned it in and the staff called me right away! Will stay there whenever I’m staying in town!!

Everything thing was great except for some reason the exercise room is on the 2nd floor and our room was right across from it and we were woken up at 7am because someone was dropping weights on the floor. It was so loud that the front desk said people on the 6th floor were complaining.

The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!
