It looks like a very old building from the outside but inside the lobby was stunningly beautiful and the rooms and baths were very clean. I have traveled all over US staying in hundreds of hotels and this hotel is one of the best.

Beautiful hotel! They did a great job with the restoration of the historical building. Valet service upon arrival as well as departure was friendly and timely. Front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located with everything you need walkable. We came for a Bengals game and a Reds series and everything was perfect. Would definetely recommend and stay again next time we visit Cincinnati!

ALL staff that we encountered was exceptional and what you would expect from a hotel as nice as the Fidelity. Superior double queen bed was perfect for my family of 3 and CLEAN. Short walk to a lot of restaurants, the ballpark & a lot of the city’s downtown attractions. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome beautiful new hotel. Bar and coffee were great downstairs. AC fan seemed to not work well in my room, but it was cool enough and they credited my valet parking. Super lovely staff. I would stay again!!!

The hotel is a gorgeously restored office building in a prime downtown Cincinnati location. The rooms are quiet and well-appointed, with little of the hotel-room feel. The shower is spacious and easy-entry. Amenities are well-chosen for travelers. The TV was simple to operate. The common spaces are lovely, inviting people in to relax and take in the street view.

Omg this hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean… the staff goes above and beyond. Even booked for my co worker to stay as well. They remembered when I was staying there I wanted the same room and I got it again. Then the ube coffee downstairs to die for. The most important part was that they weren’t racist at all!! Not all chains are equal..:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar is pleasant. Our room appeared very clean because it is new, and attractively decorated, but there were 2 objects on the carpet (a sock and a bottle cap across the room from the sock) that indicated it mIght not have been vacuumed. The shower gel dispenser had not been filled and we ran out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the natural light through the windows was nice and easy to control with the shades. A refrigerator or at least free access to ice with a larger ice bucket would have been helpful.
