“My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a fan, hot water and even a balcony. The restaurant upstairs was fantastic helping me navigate their menu with food allergies. The rooftop views and coffee makes my soul happy. The staff were attentive and ensured all my needs were met. When the city power went out they had a generator ready to go. They can organise laundry as needed and Hannington was available no matter what I needed and Aisha was always attentive. The rooftop restaurant is...

“No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment.”

“The best place to stay in Sipi Falls, with really impressive views of the highest fall around. Sam (the general manager) and his team are really nice and will make you feel at home for sure. Just make sure that you book for your Sipi Falls activities with Moses or any other guide directly advised by Sam (and no any other guide that comes directly to you) in order to make the most out of your visit to Sipi.”

“The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. ”
