Hotellin kunto huono, ympäristö huono, mutta henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen. Huone todella pieni ja nuhjuinen - tupakanhajuinen ja tunkkainen. Taksilla piti mennä ravintolaan ja ympäristö ei tuntunut kovin turvalliselta.

딸아이 실기시험때문에 이용했는데 좋습니다.

연식이 있긴하나 사장님이 관리를 잘 하셔서 상태는 깨끗했습니다. 사장님도 엄청 친절하시구요 1층에 편의점이 있어서 편리합니다.

친절한 사장님^^

건물 자체가 연식이 좀 되었지만 사장님께서 관리를 잘 하셔서 깔끔하게 저렴한 가격으로 잘 이용했습니다. 차 없이 가기는 조금 불편할 수 있습니다. 친절한 사장님의 배려를 느낄 수 있습니다.^^

가격대비 침대가 많이 편했어요!. 사실 이 가격대에서 번쩍거리는 시설을 원하는건 도둑심보이고... 그런거 좋아하는 사람도 아니고ㅋ 이 정도 가격대의 숙소는 시설은 좀 더 새거일 수 있어도 등에 스프링이 다 느껴지는곳이 많은데 그런거 전혀없이 잘잣습니다. ㅋ 늦게와서 사장님을 뵙지는 않았지만 냄새나거나 곰팡이 낀거없이 신경써서 관리하시는 느낌이였습니다 ㅎ

친절한 모텔

너무 친절하고 좋은 곳입니다. 위치가 아주 약간 불편한 감이 있지만 다음번 충주 갈 때도 또 이용할 계획입니다. 원래 지인이 충주 최고의 호텔(4성급)이라는 더베이스호텔을 잡아줬는데 뭐만 물어보면 안된다고 하는 통에 기분나빠서 나와서 다시 잡은 곳이 이곳이거든요. 오만방자한 더베이스보다 이곳이 훨씬 더 마음 편하고 좋은것 같네요. 가격도 합리적이고. 적극 강추합니다.
