We've stayed at the Lakeview three or four times and it is consistently comfortable, clean, and conscientiously maintained. We will continue to book in when in the area. The person on the check-in desk is always friendly and helpful, and we feel welcomed and happy to be there.

Room was very clean, air conditioner worked well, staff was very personable, very nice outdoor barbecue facility with picnic tables and lawn chairs, large well-kept grassy area where we played catch. Sandy beach, walking and biking trails are all close by and easy to access. Beautiful info center with a great cafe/coffee shop, ice-cream treats, liquor and grocery stores and eateries are all close by.

Wow, incredibly priced and the room was spotless, either they have the world’s best cleaners or the room was recently and tastefully renovated. Fantastic sleep and super quiet. Will definitely book again on my trips traversing BC!

The room were clean although there was a musty smell so we ran the bathroom fan most of the time. The female owner wasn’t overall friendly. We would say hi or wave to her and she disregarded us. The male owner was very friendly. Nothing fancy but we rented many rooms as a family and the gazebo area was great for us to all hang out, bbq and have a fire.

It was delightful to have a cheerful check-in at the end of our drive and then the room was wonderful too. Everything is fresh and new, with a comfy spot to sit inside and comfy chairs outside as well as the BBQ area all still decked out for cozy chats or happy gatherings. A place we’ll stay again and recommend often.
